By accessing or using GoldDropPlay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GoldDropPlay is operated by GoldDropPlay LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

GoldDropPlay is open to all players. GoldDropPlay reserves the right to restrict access from certain states or jurisdictions at its sole discretion. By registering, you confirm you agree to these Terms.

3. Nature of the Platform — Entertainment Only

GoldDropPlay is a free-to-play entertainment game. All games use Gold Coins (GC), which are virtual tokens with no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into real money or prizes. GoldDropPlay is not a gambling platform and does not offer real-money wagering.

4. Gold Coins & Purchases

Gold Coins are virtual entertainment tokens only. Purchasing Gold Coins is optional — free coins are available daily. All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at GoldDropPlay's sole discretion in cases of verified technical error.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. One account per person. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: use bots or automated tools; create multiple accounts; attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; misrepresent your identity or location; or engage in any activity that harms the Platform or other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GoldDropPlay is owned by GoldDropPlay LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

GoldDropPlay is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldDropPlay LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
